Elderly Home Visit @ Yau Tsim Mong

On 1 June 2019, the Community Services Sub-committee of the Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations jointly organized a community visit with T.S.T. District Kai Fong Association Neighbourhood Elderly Activities Centre.  A team of 20 PolyU alumni and their relatives and friends visited the elderly living alone in the district.  The volunteers chatted with the senior citizens to learn about their current situation and urgent needs, and presented gift packs with staple food items and daily necessities.   

Prior to the visit, a briefing session was organized to help the volunteers understand the basic techniques and tips for elderly visit.
