• 1. What is FHKPUAA Card?
  The Federation of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Associations (FHKPUAA) puts together all local alumni associations of the University under one umbrella.   The Federation of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Associations (FHKPUAA) puts together all local alumni associations of the University under one umbrella.  Graduate who has joined an alumni association as life member will get a FHKPUAA Card.  FHKPUAA Cardholder can enjoy various on-campus and off-campus benefits, and register at the entrance for campus access.

• 2. How can I apply for the FHKPUAA Card?
  Please select an alumni association related to your discipline, and follow the below steps to submit your application online: - Select “New Applicant? Create Your Account” - Create a “Membership Applicant Account” - Login to the Application System and fill in the form - Upload a copy of certificate/ transcript of graduation - Settle the membership fee, if required You will receive the FHKPUAA Card within 8 weeks upon receipt of all requirement documents...

• 6. How long does it take to get for the FHKPUAA Card?

• 7. How can I apply for the PolyU Library Card (Graduate) ?
  Graduates who have successfully completed a course which has led to a PolyU, PolyU-SPEED, PolyU-HKCC award are eligible to apply for a PolyU Library Card (Graduate).FHKPUAA cardholders are eligible for special discount on the annual fee. • 9. What should I do if I lose my FHKPUAA Card?
  If you would like to apply for re-issue of the FHKPUAA card, please sendemail to fhkpuaa@polyu.edu.hk. The handling fee is HK$20.
